How we pour

three steps, no shortcuts.

01

bloom

Thirty seconds. Fresh grounds meet their first water and breathe — letting the gas escape so the flavour can open up.

02

pour

A slow, circular pour in gentle stages. Patience in the wrist; an even, unhurried extraction in the cup.

03

rest & sip

We let it settle, then carry it over. Find a seat by the window. There is no clock running here.

The room

warm light, a low hum, and a seat that’s yours for as long as you like.

Reclaimed wood and mismatched ceramics. A shelf of well-thumbed books and a record always turning. Bring your laptop or leave it at home — both are welcome.
